Account notifications will occur based on current interactions and will include appointment notifications, , links to invoices, and receipts. Customer care concerns will be addressed primarily by phone or email unless the customer specifies text message as their preferred message of communication.

 

Marketing will no occur greater than once per month.

 

Surveys and review requests can be expected after a service has been completed.

 

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

 

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan.

These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

 

Veritas Fractional udoes not charge any additional fees or rates for communications via SMS messaging.

 

Opt-In MethodYou may opt in to receive SMS messages from Veritas Fractional by submitting an online form or by responding "y" or "yes" when prompted if  Veritas Fractional  initiates contact via SMS.

 

Opt-Out MethodYou may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time.

 

To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone, email or text message to request removal from our messaging list.
